In 2017, URBN Building Products undertook a large-scale renovation project, consisting of three apartment complexes in Washington and California. The goal of the renovation was simple: provide replacements for all outdated finishes and materials while keeping a budget set by the development group.

Engineered Vinyl Click Plank with Sound Pad

Using the latest in tongue-and-groove technology, URBN now offers a wood-plastic composite (wpc) vinyl plank that requires less floor preparation with a pre-attached underlayment to reduce IIC/STC levels. The goal is to make the most economical solution possible, while maintaining quality that stands to codes and regulations in all 50 states.
