The Palms at Morada

The Palms at Morada is a 233-unit garden-style apartment community completed in 2018 in Stockton, California. This project represents one of URBN Building Products' most comprehensive scopes of work — supplying virtually every interior finish category including lighting, flooring, locks, doors, door hardware, millwork, cabinetry, countertops, and plumbing fixtures. The breadth of our involvement allowed the developer to streamline procurement, maintain strict design consistency, and benefit from a single accountable partner across the full interior buildout.
