Monticello at Southport Residence

Monticello at Southport is a 208-unit garden-style apartment community renovated in 2019 in West Sacramento, California. URBN Building Products provided flooring, lighting, and plumbing fixtures to support this value-add repositioning effort along the Sacramento waterfront.
