KINECT @ Broadway

Kinect @ Broadway is a 140-unit mid-rise community completed in 2019 in downtown Everett, Washington. URBN Building Products supplied lighting, Acoustic Loose Lay LVP flooring in Dove Gray, and keyless locks — a finish package designed to deliver a sleek, urban aesthetic that complements the building's Broadway corridor location. This project was an early example of URBN's growing partnership with the Kinect brand, establishing the product standards that would carry across multiple communities in the portfolio.
