ENSO is a striking 316-unit mid-rise podium community in Lynnwood, Washington. URBN Building Products partnered with the development team to supply a cohesive suite of interior finishes that elevate the resident experience from the moment they arrive. Our scope included the interior and exterior lighting package, along with Acoustic Loose Lay unit LVP flooring in a Blonde colorway chosen for its clean aesthetic, sound-dampening properties, and durability. ENSO showcases how thoughtfully selected building products can define the character of a brand-new community.
