850 on the Avenue (formerly Capitol Place) is a 192-unit garden-style apartment community renovated in 2019 in West Sacramento, California. URBN Building Products supplied flooring, lighting, and plumbing fixtures as part of a full interior renovation. The project involved repositioning the property under a new brand identity, and our products played a direct role in delivering the updated look and feel that supported the community's successful relaunch to the market.
